Thank you @poppy261 its so nice to read such words of encouragement. It has been a long uncomfortable day. 10/10 do not recommend abdominal surgery after a bilateral mastectomy 
I just keep repeating it’s not forever it’s just for now. Tomorrow will be better. This too shall pass
