Try a full cup bra. Someone on this forum suggested them to me a couple of years ago and I have not looked back. A full cup holds your prosthetic in place better than any pocketed bra (I do use the M&S covers and have others from Amazon and even made my own). I wear underwired bras to give me a nice shape. I am a 40D.
Primark does a prosthetic for £6 (I think - thereabouts anyway). I have used them for the gym and occasionally for days when I don’t go out. The XL isn’t heavy enough for me but I bet they’d be great for a smaller bust. They are slightly triangular. They work a treat in mastectomy swimwear.
