I’m with you on the chocolate habit! I have a very beige carb-heavy diet but generally I didn’t eat much pure chocolate. However I’ve been off my ADHD meds since doing chemo, and with easter coming along I started a habit of always having mini eggs on my desk - now I can’t stop
Making up the missing dopamine a bit from alcohol too. But if anyone deserves chocolate it’s us going through chemo!!
I did get a 90% Lindt bar this week inspired by you guys. My husband used to do keto so we tried a bunch of dark chocolate back then, so I know I don’t hate the bitterness - going to try have a bit of that between the minstrels ![]()
