Anyone know why i would receive an appointment for a dexa scan before getting my results from 2nd surgery. Dcis high grade.
I am aware radiotherapy a strong possibility could it be before all that.

I knew I would be having a dexa scan (taking Anastrozole) after two lumpectomies to provide a base line for future scans. Had the scan (28 August ) about a week after my 5 days of radiotherapy but was told the results would take about 6 weeks - so still waiting.
