I’m in a similar situation. I had my second single mastectomy at the end of July 2025 and also feel a hard lump on my left side about an inch above the scar. I’ve been back to my team and had an ultrasound but it doesn’t show anything except scar tissue. I’m not convinced still but I keep an eye on it and if it feels any different I will go straight back.
I hope your team can get you an ultrasound and give you some answers or peace of mind soon! I’d be interested to hear what they decide it is if you don’t mind updating when you get chance.
