I’m probably overthinking it. I was diagnosed with a 44mm ER/PR+ HER2 Neg (1+) G3 IDC at 39 in March 23. Lymph node and lymphovascular invasion negative. Lumpectomy, chemo and radiotherapy completed. Started letrozole zoladex zometa and ribociclib(but had to stop the ribociclib due to liver problems).
Ive been getting occasional sharp pains in my hip usually after sitting for a long time while working. It seems more frequent when I dont do my calinesthenics regularly.
I keep forgetting to mention it to my oncologist. Im assuming its a side effect of the AI. It this more likely? If so im hoping a physio might be able to help. I have a history of origin tendinitis in that hip but that was the inside of my thigh. This seems more outside.
Any reassurance would be gratefully received. But I will try to contact me oncologist too.
