It’s awful when things don’t go to plan. I assumed that I would “only” need surgery and hormone therapy, in fact I was quite pleased with my breast reduction and surgery recovery so I was gutted to find out that the cancer had a high risk of recurrence. Then I expected the chemotherapy to just follow the plan .. I am desperate to get it over with. The liver test results nearly delayed cycle 2 and I am worried that I won’t get to complete it all because of other side effects. I had a reduced dose to start with . Doesn’t help that it is day 5 today and on cycle 1 it was the absolute worst. Sending you all the best x
