I will be starting reflexology- 6 sessions over 6 wks in the new year. I got given a leaflet for holistic treatment in with the multitude that we all get given. I only recently got around to contacting the hospital oncology dept where they practice it as the thought of revisiting that place did not feel me with glee
I will look into Acupuncture though
I really need to begin to get to grips with the sleeplessness as well.
Anyway keep us all posted with your progress
