I was diagnosed in September 2025 with ILC with metastasis to lymph nodes near aorta, sternum, collar bones and base of neck. My ILC is 3.6cm. I started on CDK4/6 inhibitor, Ribociclip in October (approx) and am 1/2 way through my 3rd with a reduction to 400mg on my 3rd cycle due to low white blood cell (wbc) count. I will have a PET scan mid to late Jan 2026 to see how successful the Ribo has been. I’m also on Letrozole and Vit D tabs. What in particular do you need to know?
