Hope you’ve been ok today @foxgem. I felt a bit the same with my first Letrozole - here’s to the next 7 years of taking this little demon 
. Have you noticed anything today ? I noticed some side effects immediately. To be honest as I’ve been going through I’m keeping a record as I mentioned and I’m now on my third different brand - each month the tendon pain is less (unsure if this is a brand thing or a body becoming used to it thing). So whatever happens this month will, I hope, get easier. Hot flushes are the exception to this rule at the moment
