Morning, hope everyone is well. I’ve been on Letrozole for 12 days now and have been experiencing pins and needles throughout my body, especially both the bottom of my legs and feet, tension headaches and insomnia. With my acute medical anxiety I’m worried there is something seriously wrong! Has anyone experienced these side effects with taking letrozole? x
