Had an ultrasound and an excision biopsy was scheduled with a bi-ran 4B. I am only 30 and the doc seemed a bit unconcerned because of this fact and the semi-smooth shape of the tumor, although he skipped the biopsy. Had the surgery today and didn’t even get to talk to the surgeon. All I was told was surgery went well, results in 3-5 days. Help!
What benign conditions include all three three of those symptoms? Nipple has been retracting for about 10 months. Bloody discharge just started recently. The mass is a little over 2cm.
Adding that if it all turns out to be benign, I hope this post will help others feel some peace who have all three of these symptoms and are expecting the worst.

Sorry to hear that you are awaiting results and in limbo atm. Not having a chance to speak to the surgeon and a dismissive doc is understandably frustrating. Why is it that due to age they don’t seem so concerned? I sincerely hope your tests come back benign.
I was told “dense tissue” when I got a lump checked out 5yrs ago. Again because of my age they weren’t so concerned. But if I were you I’d insist with your doc due to the discharge recently occurring.
