Sending you love. May be worth asking to try oxybutinin for the hot flushes-it’s been very helpful for me x

Hi @v26

Sorry to hear of this. I’ve heard that wearing pure copper bracelets help with joint pains. I’m also looking into black seed oil for it too. Apparently this is also good for healing.

For hot flushes and sleep I have a menopause bracelet and various calming bracelets from Sereniva. I do alternate nostril breathing to calm the parasympathetic nervous system

I know it all sounds quirky and weird but if it works then what the hell eh . . .

Hope you find some relief too xxx

Hi @v26

Are you in UK? If so your breast care nurse should be able to refer you for a course of auricular accupuncture. This can help reduce or even stop the hot flushes. Also do look up the lady care magnet by la balance this works for me for anxiety issues and bad thoughts. I’ve recently got a magnetic bracelet that helps with energy too. As you can tell i’m into natural remedies. Grounding and meditation all helps me too.

I read Hack Your Hormones by Davinia Taylor and learned about what to eat and when to promote energy for the day and readiness for sleep. I have changed my routines and benefited. The book is very interesting, so much to learn.

Have a great day xxx

Hi. I’ve been given Venlafaxine to help with raging menopause symptoms. It took a few weeks to start working but has made a difference. They have not gone completely but the night hot flushes are definitely better.

I hope you can get some help x

I have been given it by dc .But in the meantime found a place called future dreams a breast cancer charity . I am going for acupuncture before I go down the drug line .I have heard it works well for some people :crossed_fingers:
