From 9am on Wednesday 12 November, the forum editor is getting a refresh to make writing and formatting posts simpler and more intuitive.
You’ll now see what your post will look like as you type - no need for any special formatting codes. The layout looks a little different, but everything you need is still there, just clearer and easier to use.
We hope this makes posting and replying feel smoother and more familiar — a bit like using Word or Google Docs.

It seems to have fixed my formatting issues as well. The cursor actually is where it should be instead of 2-3 lines below the text that’s being edited.
