A partnership between Breast Cancer Care and BMI The Ridgeway
I am writing to tell you about the information sessions taking place at
The Ivy Hotel , Wroughton, Swindon , on 12 June 2012. The sessions will run from 09.00am-4.30pm. A light lunch and refreshments will be served.
We will start the day by looking at _Healthy eating after treatment_and then move onto Managing menopausal symptoms, aiming to provide a greater understanding of treatment induced menopausal symptoms and possible interventions.
During the afternoon we will have a session on Cancer-related fatigue where we will discuss the signs and symptoms of fatigue and explore practical approached to managing this condition.
We will also have a session on Moving forward after breast cancer, led by Kelly Short. Kelly was diagnosed as a young woman. She will be talking about her life with and beyond breast cancer. Kelly featured on Gok Wan’s How to Look Good Naked.
