Abemaciclib liver blood tests

Am on abemaciclib for high risk of breast cancer relapse after chemotherapy, surgery and radiation, alongside horome therapy and zometa.

I had to have a pause in treatment then a dose reduction to the lowest 50mg twice a day due to abnormal liver blood tests (ALT). I understand a transaminitis is less common in this drug than similar ones but can still happen, and taking a lower dose is ok.

I’m scared as i have seen my tests have started to rise again and i’ve read that those who get side effects on the lowest dose will have to stop it. Has anyone been put on less than 50mg twice a day?
