Is there anyone on the forum who has taken this and found it reasonably easy to cope with? I have sternal bony metastases which cause me lots of pain on movement. How quickly did
anyone get relief of symptoms from treatment? I am already on letrozole.

Hi Ellen, take a look at the palbociclib thread a little further down the page. I’m on my 4th round. Had mri scan after 3rd round and all tumours have responded well and reduced.
Side effects difficult to tell as also started zometa bone threngthener, zoladex and letrazol all at the same ! My main trouble is extreme fatigue and achy arthritic joints. Wishing you al the best x
Hi Ellen, you don’t describe side effects so difficult to comment. However, there is a Palbociclib thread already running which has good stuff on it. I’ve done three cycles and my lung mets have shrunk. X
