Accord brand of letrozole - only 2 weeks supply why oh why

I was worried about my supply running out and started to think I had put a packet of letrozole in a strange place as I was running out much earlier than I expected. After going up to the surgery several times I was assured I had the letrozole tablets.

Today I realised I that the last two Accord packets tablets I have been given have 14 tablets in them, not 28.

Has this happened to anyone else? I am supposed to take these tablets every day until early October 2027, and my local pharmacy is a drive away at the GP surgery which closes at lunchtime 12.30 and 2 pm and the pharmacy closes at 4.30 pm!

Morning Seagulls, This has happened to me. I always check in the chemist car park when I pick my prescription up. On this occasion the box had been open and a strip missing. I returned back to chemist and they apologised and said they had borrowed them previously for another order. They just gave me another strip. Hope you get sorted

Yes I’ve had this happen this month! First time it has happened but did confuse me too. In my case the actual pack size was only for 14 tabs so not that they’d taken a strip for someone elses prescription

Me too the pack was one for 14 tablets only - who is going to need half a month of tablets?
