Can anyone share their thoughs on whether having acupuncture during chemo is a good idea? I’ve been offered it by my local cancer support centre but am having a few qualms as my appointment was initially booked for the start of my neutropenic week so I was concerned about the infection risk. I have asked to postpone that appointment but am wondering about the wisdom of having it done during chemo at all?
Can anyone advise please?
