advice needed

Hello.
About 2 years ago I had a full hysterectomy due to endometriosis and high risk for cervical cancer due to my mom and aunt having it. I had already had several surgeries removing cysts and have had so much pain. A few months ago I started having pain in my left arm under my armpit and pain in my left breast. Then I found a small knot in by my armpit on my breast. It is extremely painful to touch. But at the time I did not have insurance so I did not do anything but ignore it. Sense then the pain has gotten worse. I also have gotten to where I have trouble using my hand or arm for long amount of time before it gets sore or so painful. My hand and fingers keep going numb. I’m having sharp pains in my left hip. neck and back hurt. I’m nauseous and can’t seem to eat much. I just got approved for medicaid and am looking for a doctor. But am wondering how I even go about it. What steps do I take. Should I even be worried. Could it just be a cyst? I’m a single mom of 2 girls. I’m only 24 years old. I’m starting to worry and scared to go to the doctor.

you may not want to hear this, but you need to go to the doctor even if that scares you. This is the only way you can start to find out what is wrong, and what the best treatment is. take someone with you if you need to, and do make a list of what you want to talk about.

sorry can’t help with your query on how to find a doctor as sounds like you are in the US and I don’t know how the system works there, but if no better idea just walk into your nearest surgery and ask them… They will be used to helping people who are unsure how to proceed.

Thank you. I was afraid so. My parents are saying the same thing. Everyone is starting to worry. I haven’t been able to put my bra on this the last few days due to the pain and a redness around my knot. So I think it’s time to go in:/ I called around and found a doc but they said my insurance won’t kick in until the 1st of October. My mom said I need to just go to the er. But idk if this counts as an e.r. visit. And I don’t have insurance. …
