Morning, just looking for thoughts on this please. I am due to have 5 sessions of RT next week. I had an MRI a few weeks ago which showed mets in spine, but no cord compression. My mobility is not great currently and have pain in sacrum which is one of areas for RT. I have noticed over last few days I have pins and needles/some numbness in left arm and a some numbness in right thigh. I don’t want to jeopardise having RT next week so not sure what to do. I have left message for BC nurse to call to discuss. Thank you.

I would do exactly what you have done and call the nurses. I got told that I had to call if I had anything different. Whenever I call they say it’s not a problem but always worth checking. Perhaps if they don’t call you back tomorrow you can try oncologist secretary or chemo line on Tuesday?x

Hiya, thanks for your reply. The nurse did call me back and told me to go to A&E. The doctor checked my reflexes thoroughly and I have weakness in my lower left arm/hand (caused by spine met at T1 and upper right thigh caused by mets in sacrum. On steroids and have RT next week on those areas so hopefully will help. Many thanks
