I am shortly coming to the end of my five years on Arimidex and can’t seem to find anyone who has come off it. I have coped relatively well on the drug compared to a lot of people, just suffering stiffness, but as I am 72 it is not unexpected. My oncologist tells me there will be no side effects but I find it difficult to believe that after five years there will be no withdrawal symptoms. Can anyone help?
