Hi.

I’m wondering if anyone on this forum who’s based in the UK is on alpelisib (Piqray) having already been on a CDK 4/6 inhibitor and/or capecitabine. If so, could they please let me know how they managed to get it - NHS, compassionate use, privately? Many thanks indeed.

im trying to get it from the company as I don’t think NICE will approve it. 

have you had any luck getting it ? I’m based in London.
