It sounds like you’re doing well! I have only been on Adcal D3 for 5 years so it would make sense that my scans show signs of osteopenia as one would expect with the aging process. It also makes sense that your scans show no bone issues, given how old you were when you started. At least, that’s what my logic tells me, but I realise we can have bone issues at any age.
