Flossy - I don’t think you can read anything into the time of your appointment ,they will probably have a clinic all afternoon.If you do have cancer depending on the results at the appointment they will either discuss surgery with you and get your consent for this or discuss chemo and arrange for you to have specific appointment to discuss this and look round the chemo unit .Try not to overthink things - I know it’s hard but there is nothing you can do but keep busy and try not to obsess too much about it .
