We’d love to hear your thoughts.
What helped me was writing things down when my thoughts felt loud—just brain-dumping into a notebook. Also, short walks outside gave me a break from feeling stuck in my head.
I’ve been struggling with bad dreams and flashes too, and what helped me was talking things through in a safe space. Someone in another group mentioned ptsd help, and it led me to counseling that actually made a difference. I thought I was just meant to “get over it,” but turns out I needed real support.
