Another lump so soon?

I asked the ultrasonographer to check my other breast yesterday when having a scan on the left breast, to check postoperative changes, which thankfully were benign.

It seems that since having a clear MRI in November 2023, a new lump has developed in my right breast. Apparently it is c. 1 cm, and has been categorised as indeterminate/U3, so it has had to be biopsied.

I am grateful that it has been found but am now wondering what on earth it could be. Can benign changes happen in under a year?
