I have just set up an account… On Wednesday I finally got the courage to go to the doctor about a lump in my left breast. It is deep inside, bumpy and tender. It hurts when I bend over without a bra and when I run. Any ideas what it could be? I have had it for months.
Jan last year I was diagnosed and treated for cervical cancer…my cervix was removed. Unfortunately this had led to the bottom of my womb closing up. So the 23rd Feb I have an op to reopen and remove scar tissue. I’m wondering if any of this hormone activity may have something to do with the lump.
Thank you. I saw my doctor Wednesday and he referred me. I called the clinic on Thursday to say I would be available the 23rd as I have my gynae op. The lady said they are up to date with appointments and would be seeing me this coming week, wb 15th. My doctor said I would have an ultrasound there. Other than that I don’t know.

Hi Michelle , I’m pretty sure that there is no link between cervical cancer and breast cancer ,so there is a good chance this is something that has a much less sinister explanation .Hope you get some peace of mind soon.
