Any mums in edinburgh (maybe with young kids)

Hello
I live in ratho in Edinburgh with my partner and one and a half year old son. I was just wondering if there was anyone out there in a similar location/situation. I dont see as many of my friends now as I would like and hardly ever get into work (which is only a saturday anyhow). I would love to make new friends as much for my son as myself. Im going through chemo at the moment but I still like to get out when I can

You might have seen that there is a group of women who meet up regularly in Edinburgh - look under the younger women forums and join up!

If you are having your treatment done at the Western General, I wondered if the Maggies Centre there might have a group, or be able to put you in touch with some people.
