I was told last week that I have secondary breast cancer in my spine liver and ribs.I have been back and forward to hospital one or more times a week for what seems like ages!! I start my chemo on Tuesday 24th June. I wondered if there is anyone out there who is attending North Devon or lives in N. Devon/Cornwall who would be interested in sharing experiences. There is a group run by the hospital breast care nurses but getting to that is difficult as I don’t live in Barnstaple. Having talked to someone who has gone through breast cancer and found that helpful I wondered if there was anyone who would like to meet, phone or contact through computery stuff (technical word that!!)

Hi, I think we must had been given our dx’s at about the same time. I’d just had surgery when dx changed to secondary so am having to wait before starting chemo. I’m not in north Devon but I’m not far off and can travel or do computery stuff! I’m very new to all of this though so don’t know if you were hoping to contact someone with a bit more knowledge?
Think we may have already crossed paths on a thread I started last week about dealing with other people’s emotions? I should have checked back before replying!
