Anyone could help me please

Good evening,

I have been diagnosed in August with IDC on the left breast with 5 out of 18 lymph nodes affected. I underwent two lumpectomy and full axillary clearance. The second surgery was to get more margins.

I was booked to start chemotherapy on 05/12, however yesterday I felt a lump on the other, “health “ breast and I walked in today to the breast clinic to get checked.

The doctor agreed saying it is a lump, but probably nothing as you had been scanned in both breast.

The radiologist told me “ unfortunately it is suspect that is a cancer 1,5 cm.”

He did the biopsy and told the oncologist about my case and already cancelled my chemo as they are waiting for the results of the another tumor.

I am 44 years old, speechless and hopeless as my diagnosis is just unique and I can’t find a light at the end of the túnel.

Drida :heart:Just posted back to you on your other thread  I was diagnosed at 45 in 2017, your onc will want to know all info to enable them to tailor your chemo regime to you specifically, chemo is not a one size fits all, it’s doses and the plan are for you alone. We are all shining a football floodlight directly at you it should be dazzling your eyes now ? keep talking on here and use the info I put on your other thread please, don’t ever feel alone  ??:sparkles::sparkles:Shi xx

I’m really sorry to hear that you might go through another shock.

I was diagnosed in Jan 2019 at the age of 42 with cancer on left breast. I have decided for bilateral mastectomy due to the fear of discovering cancer on the other side. It was not an easy thing as I still deal with the fact that my body is rejecting the expenders and I had to go flat chested about 2 weeks ago.

I wish u all the best
