Anyone else have skin wrinkling after rads?

Finished radiotherapy on 22 December (having already had chemotherapy and lumpectomy, and I’m still on herceptin). I’ve noticed that the skin round one part of the nipple is now looking really wrinkly. That’s the bit where the lump was, so probably where they targeted it for extra radio boost stuff. But I can’t find much online anywhere to say whether radiotherapy causes that kind of change. I’ll speak to my breast care nurse next week, but I wondered if anyone else found part of their breast skin was left looking older and wrinklier after radiotherapy?

I would really like to know this as well. I am three years from diagnosis wle tamoxifen and 15 rads plus boosters.
I have noticed an area of wrinkly skin underneath my affected breast when my hands are above my head. I have already had a scheduled mammogram and am waiting for the result and have an appointment for it to be looked at next week but I wondered if anyone else had wrinkly skin. It is below where the wle was made
Thanks
