I have to go to Mount vernon for a MRI on Monday, seen my Onc 3 times this week already, I have terrible backache and he wants to make sure the cancer hasn’t spread.

Hello Sandra. Glad you got in touch. It is good to be able to talk to others in the same situation at a time like this. Hope you are coping ok. Feel free to ask questions. It really is true that everyone’s situation is different but we can all understand what you are going through and hopefully we can help.

Been busy decorating over weekend and then trying to catch up at work yesterday and today (boring) as my assistant has swanned off to France for the half term (all right for some)
I am still up for both fashion show and theatre but I dont think they are doing any afternoons for Priscilla - I am open to any others if we want to go during the day

I am ok. The radiotherapy doesn’t seem to be affecting me too much at the moment (fingers crossed)

Looks like I am at the tail end of this - I live in Sandy and would love to meet up. Hitchin/Letchworth/Stevenage area is good. I’m new to all this - dx on 13th May, lumpectomy on 29th May, have first chemo on 22nd June. Off on hols next week for nomrality and large G&Ts before it kicks in.

Sorry, sorry sorry. I think I told you my ceiling caved in, well we had it repaired and thought well why not decorate the rest of the house, do I am at wirk then decorating and going to ned about 8 cos I am so knackered.
As you can tell from this, I am fine, sorry if you have been worried.
If we can only do Fridays, let me know when and I will be there (and not drink as much this time, I promise)

Glad you are OK Deb - hope your decorating went well and you are not too tired - my internet went down for a few days so haven’t been able to contact anyone.
I don’t know about the fashion show but I think Loo does. Hopefully she will let you know.
It is only during the day that I can do Fridays for a few weeks as I am quite busy at work but I can do any evening (Deb you can drink as much as you like!!!)
Have my last chemo on Monday - Hooray (Maybe we can celebrate with a few drinks somewhere one evening) and then find out when my rads start - seems like only yesterday that my treatment started.
