Anyone had TMG flap/thigh fat transfer for breast reconstruction?

Hi there, 

I came out of hospital on Saturday having had the TMG flap procedure on both thighs for my breast reconstruction following a mastectomy the same day - I would really like to chat with anyone who has had this procedure please. It’s not very common, and the “someone like me” folks here have been unable to match me with anyone. They suggested I post here and see if anyone might pop up. It would be really nice to get an understanding of recuperation and getting back mobility and fitness. Thanks
