If you had (particularly AC-T) chemotherapy here - did you have a baseline echocardiogram before beginning treatment?

Hi @derry1 just saw ur post. Im in ROI (Waterford and Kilkenny hospitals for treatment) and had an ECG before chemo in May(AC-Paclitaxol). Im booked in for a post chemo ECG in January- I asked the chemo nurses and they checked for me.

I’m in Galway and they seem to only do cardiac tests on high risk patients.

Without going into the ins and outs on here…I disagree with this approach completely. I ended up going private for an echo for peace of mind.
