Quick question for those of you on Palbociclib and also Denosumab.
I’m due to start Palbociclib (with Fulvestrant) very soon and was a bit worried to see that there is a concern regarding the interaction between these two drugs:

Has anyone else had any issues or been advised of this?

On Palbociclib 100mg x 21 days, Letrozole 5mg once daily and Denosumab 120 mg sc once a month.
Breast Ca st IV bone, thyroid mets. It has helped me with my bone pain. The only problem is neutropenia, we get my labs on the 14th day from starting Palbociclib. I guess the infections listed in the link are the effect of low neutrophil count, it can be prevented by monitoring and also keeping away from infections. I had a UTI and a respiratory tract infection once over the past year but these were treatable with antibiotics.

I was Palbiciclib for 3 years with Denosumab injections monthly at first and then three monthly and I have to say, I had no complications or side effects.
