Anyone on the 'IMPORT' Trial ?

I have been invited to join the IMPORT Trial and wondered if anyone else is on it - for advice etc please.

If you are on it or due to start, which treatment were you allocated to (Standard, 1 or 2)?

Any hints on what the IMPORT trial is? I’m not on any trials but always interested to learn what’s going on out there.

It stands for ‘Intensity Modulated & Partial Organ RadioTherapy’ and

I’m all for trials, but just wondered how anyone already on this one is fareing - specifically with the highest intensity treatments.

Interesting stuff. Unfortunately not eligible as it’s not in my hospital, but I would have been interested in joining in if it were.

im starting on the import trial next wednesday im on 1 im was interested not only in helping in the research but the fact i will be monitiored for 10years. will keep u posted.
