Hi all,
Well looks like my chemo is set for mid march pending my eggs being harvested from the fertility treatment and I recover from the sentinel node biopsy ok.
I feel a bit like a pin cushion at the moment with the amount of needles going in to me but I am sure I will get used to it.
I was wondering if anyone would be starting chemo the same time as me and we can keep each other company on this journey.
I now know I am having fec-th.
Scary stuff. But I a trying to be as positive as I can.

Im just coming towards the end of my chemo, (FEC-T), just want to wish you well. And yes you do become a pin cushion but one gets used to it lol.
I had a line fitted to avoid pin cushion syndrome, have you thought about having a PICC or Hickman/Groshung line fitted, so much easier for treatments as the blood tests.

Thanks Carmy, I will. I don’t have an exact date yet as it all depends how I recover from my ops. My onc mentioned 15th march but we will see.
And libra lady I will definitely consider the pics line.
