Anyone use kadcyla(TDM-1) after surgery?

hello there,

 

my mother has stage3 her2 positive bc.She went through neoadjuvant AC+TPH. After surgery, she still had residual cancer. I am wondering if anyone has this similar situation, and uses kadcyla after surgery? is that working?
