No but i did the one yesterday morning and was really informative so now got a few things on my to buy list. Also told we should get a wee goody bag sent out so looking forward to that!

@fowkey72 Paxman website has a really good video. Make sure the plastic cap underneath is well fitted and the helmet strap is secured ie chipmunk look! Good luck
If you go on the look good feel better website. Thereās one face to face one on make up n skin care, really good and you get a load of free ones to bring home. Then the others, like nails, hair loss are onlineā¦ x

I attended the make up one face to face this week and itās real good. Great goody bag! I found it hard to get a face to face appt which fell at the right time with chemo, but it found one and it was great x

Best of luck!! I must be a few days behind you but my hair is also coming out quickly so going to shave it this weekend and second Ec next friday not looking forward to it even getting little one up and out to holiday club today exhausted me

My day 3 has been pretty good so far. I met a friend in the park this morning for an hourās walk, then home for a spot of lunch, followed swiftly by a little nap. So far so good.

@saints33 Just out of interest, what day did it start coming out? Iām on fortnightly EC, but I know that some ladies are every 3 weeks.

Ah that sounds like a good day. Iāve just been on the online zoom nail session, which was good, and lots participants had cameras on which is always good! Took my mind off feeling sick for a while!
I had my first chemo on April 28th and my hair started falling out a lot this week. I just shaved it an hour ago!
