I thought it would be nice to support each other as we start this next stage of our journey. I titled it April but actually I start tomorrow with sessions on Thur, Fri, Mon, Tue and Wed.
I had DCIS with some minimal invasion, two WLE surgeries one in December (margins were not clear) and one in mid January.
I know I NEED to have this but am understandably apprehensive.

Do you mind if I join you? I also had DCIS, and had 3 wide local incision surgeries in December, January and February before the clear margins were achieved. I had my planning CT scan today and start radiotherapy treatment on Monday 17th April for 5 sessions.

Hi all
Got the case down from the attic, as I’m staying in hospital accommodation during my treatment. Scary to think that I’ll be heading down a week tomorrow.
The weather’s been quite nice so getting my laundry done and trying to get organised, but my head is up my backside at the moment!
