Area round nipple changed - has cancer returned

Hi

I was diagnosed with breast cancer  last june and had the lump removed in July with radiotherapy in September. My cancer was caught really early and hadnt spread. I got the radiation burns on my breast but over the last 6 weeks the area around my nipple  looks different to my left nipple. Theres no lump but the tissue under it just feels harder ( at as squashy as the other one) and the pores are more open. Is this normal so long after radiotherapy or could it be something worse.

Thank you in advance xx
