I have recently come across the above mentioned supplement / herb as I am trying to manage the anxieties I have. Has anyone taken this supplement before ? Please can anyone provide thoughts on this ?
I am also taking Letrozole - not sure if this supplement interacts with Letrozole ?
ps : The cancer I had was triple + (Her2+, ER+ and PR+).
Any infos at all about this supplement will be utmostly appreciated.

I do not know of that herb, but I would suggest that you check with your GP/oncologist before taking anything just in case it does interact with your letrozole just to be on the safe side.

I have been taking Ashwaganda in my golden latte with Curcumin and mushroom extract.
I also take Ashwaganda in a Herbal mix, my herbalist made up, to help with anxiety and menopausal symptoms.
Ashwaganda is not contraindicated in cancer treatments, my herbalist had breast cancer and did lots of research herself.
