hi I was just wondering if anyone else as experienced pain in the upper back practically as soon as I lie down nearly every night and it is therefore then hard to get comfortable. It seems to come from the left breast where I know I have a sinus tract following several weeks of seroma leakage. It has been happening the last few days too but I have had a nasty cough and probably a chest infection. Any ideas as I have been thinking its something sinister!! I have mentioned to doctors but I feel they dismiss it Mariexx
