Before I ask anything … Hi all

My wife has just been diagnosed and I would like to ask some questions but before I do, I want to make sure I am not jumping into a chat room where men shouldn’t post. I ask the question because most of the posters are obviously female.

I will not take any offense if the place is not for men.

Cheers, Ron

Welcome Hi Ron

This is the best place to be, for help, advice and comfort. It really helped me.

My Wife was diagnosed 3 months ago(seems like years!) We have done the roller coaster ride bit that all of us seem to go through. We have cried laughed and sworn at the creator!

But everybody has been great, the support available is superb, don’t be afraid to ask!!

My wife has had 2 lots of surgey now and goes to the hospital on the 20th to find out when she starts radiotherapy.

On this site you will find a vast aray of information to read on line or order. My GP was of great help, he knew I was close to the wind on the old nerves and helped out.

My heart felt wishes go to you and your Wife on this journey, be strong and be together, and draw on that.

Kindest Regards
Andy
