I’ve recently had the injection once month as I’m going through hormone treatment 

 

But please don’t judge me I’m a smoker and I’ve been trying to quit but as stress smoking more been up eye balls on medication I’ve dropped my vape twice smashed it anyway due to smoking I’m getting chesty and my anxiety through roof as I’m bit chesty my dad’s concerned I won’t start treatment I’m supposed be starting totally forgot the name risks infection I feel like vicious circle I’m gonna get new vape today. I feel fine within myself as in no temperature just bit of cough

Just keep trying to stop maybe get help from your GP. I’ve vaped since my diagnosis six months ago and have recently reduced the nicotine level. Don’t beat yourself up about it, just keep trying. We all have so much to deal with. Hope your treatment went ok x
