I just wanted to share a perfect way to start the day!
I am using a fantastic meditation app called ‘Insight Timer’ - its FREE to download and has an enormous collection of fantastic meditations to help with everything from healing your body, to sleep and anxiety.
This morning I used the 'Morning mediation with music ’ by Jonathan Lehmann - wonderful and a perfect way to start the day!
I truly believe that medicine does part of the job in keeping us alive but the power of our mind can contribute enormously in helping us deal with pain, anxiety, insomnia and in generally feeling more peaceful about life.
I can also highly recommend a book/CDs called Mindfulness for Health by Vidyamala Burch and Danny Penman which is a great intoduction to meditation and helps with pain and pacing yourself when living with long term health problems.
I’d love to hear other people’s experiences and recommendations?

Am suffering from many side effects and high anxiety. Everyday, I listen to meditations to help me through my day, help healing, help lower my anxiety, etc

Also listen to Michael Sealey, Jason Stephenson and Meditation Vacation.
