We launched the Best Foot Forward Health Walks in Barnsley over the summer and there’s been a good group of walkers attending most weeks. The walks take place on Wednesdays, alternating between Worsbrough Mill Country Park and Locke Park. The next walk on Wednesday 11 September is at Worsbrough Mill

We’re launching a new monthly Saturday walk in the Barnsley area, starting on 4 January at Elsecar Heritage Centre, meeting at 10.15am for registration. The walks will then take place on the 1st Saturday of the month in a number of different locations, including Cannon Hall Farm and Newmillerdam. Family and friends are welcome to come along.
The regular weekday walks at Locke Park and Worsbrough Mill and Country Park are still continuing.
