I don’t have access to a compression bra, but was told to bind chest when the drains came out to prevent enlarged seroma/s. Anyone else do this? Before doing this I had small/med. seromas form…this seems to have stabilized things. I just don’t know how long to keep doing it for. Also for scar healing - any recommendations for oil or lotion products. Bio Oil was recommended to me, which I purchased, however, I don’t like the ingredients all that much, starting with the 1st - paraffinum liquidum. Anyone use virgin coconut oil. I’ve read lots of surgeons don’t like using Vit E as they say it does something to the scar adhesion. Thank you !!! Wellness to all.
