Hi guys, i’m new to this forum and scared silly, found a lump above my left breast 7 weeks ago, left it to see if it could be hormonal, needless to say it didn’t go away, saw my gp 2.5 weeks ago, got a appointment at the hospital for a week later, consultant examined the lump and thought it was a cyst, sent me for a ultrasound to be sure, unfortunately it wasn’t, my lymph nodes were also enlarged, straight through for a mammogram then back for a core biopsy and fna on my lymph nodes, went back in to see the consultant who apologised and said that it was highly suspicious of cancer, he then went on to apologise as he didn’t expect it to be at my age (39), has anyone been through this then had a benign result?, i’m clutching at straws now as i’m so worried

Found lump in breast 3 weeks ago. Went to clinic where they found enlarged lymph node. Biopsies taken. Have never been so scared. Xx Have you had your results yet. My fingers are crossed for you. Xx
